Q: What happens during the initial Discovery Conversation?
A: The Discovery Conversation is an exploratory, low-pressure conversation to explore what is bringing you to coaching, what you hope to achieve, and whether we are the right mutual fit. It gives you the space to ask questions, understand my approach, and determine if working together feels right for you.
Q: Is what we discuss in our coaching sessions strictly confidential?
A: Absolutely, complete confidentiality is non-negotiable. Bound by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) code of ethics, I hold every conversation, detail, and piece of information in total confidence. Even in organisation-sponsored coaching, your personal conversations will never be disclosed to your employer without your express permission. It is a safe, protected environment where you can speak with complete honesty without needing to manage appearances or protect anyone else.
Q: Do you work with international clients outside of South Africa?
A: Yes. I regularly work with leaders, founders, and executives across the UK, Europe, and internationally. Operating from South Africa means time zones align seamlessly with GMT/BST, allowing for easy scheduling without disruption.
